The INDINFRAVIT Trust, a leading player in Public-Private-Partnership projects in the highways infrastructure sector, was facing challenges in managing their supply chain more effectively, reducing the cost of their procure to pay process, and improving overall efficiency and visibility while putting in place the appropriate controls. To overcome these challenges, INDINFRAVIT implemented a cloud-based SAAS tool that streamlined their entire P2P cycle and provided a robust platform for external stakeholders, especially vendors. The solution included supplier management, invoicing, strategy, and analytics. The implementation of this tool has empowered INDINFRAVIT by providing visibility, reporting, and analytics to senior management and procurement with a single platform across the entire organization. Around 300 vendors have been onboarded to the vendor connect, which has increased supplier and stakeholder collaboration. The tool’s scalability and extensive IT infrastructure have allowed for increasing functionality based on user demand. Overall, the cloud-based SAAS tool has enabled INDINFRAVIT to achieve their objectives of implementing a user-friendly digital tool for their entire P2P cycle, ensuring an effortless supplier registration experience, and standardizing their process to improve efficiency, visibility, and reduce the cost of the process while putting in place the appropriate controls.
